The first week of our challenge begins with the subject "Health and Diet".
Health is a very important aspect of sustainability. A physical balance in our life is fundamental for us to do do every activity efficiently and with ease. The resources we use to cure our body are much greater than the resources we need to keep it healthy. And it makes our life much easier! In conclusion, doing small things for your health on daily basis will make you more sustainable (and happier) in a long run. In this section you can learn what are the benefits of becoming a vegetarian or vegan. You can find some recipes for delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as learn the importance and ways of buying local products and planning your diet. During our workshops, you can learn how to make your own natural cosmetics. Here we will post articles about proper sleeping schedule, why is it important and how to make one, how yoga and meditation affect us on physical, mental and spiritual level. Finally, we will write about the newest and popular types of workout you can do at the gym or at home. |
