Who likes pasta? Everybody loves pasta! Try out this simple and delicious recipe for pasta with vegetables and sauce that you can cook for lunch or dinner.
RECIPE:
- In a separate pan cook the spaghetti (see the recipe on the package).
- Eggplant cut into slices 0.5 cm thick and fry in 1 tbsp. l. olive oil for 5-7 minutes, then add them to the tomatoes and garlic and fry for another five minutes.
- Two minutes until cooked add the vegetables to the tomato sauce or cream and basil and salt.
- Remove the pan with sauce from the heat and place it in her spaghetti.
If you are a student and most of your day actually spent in the classroom, these sandwiches with tofu and avocado are the perfect snack for you!
